We are continually executing the development of new materials and new technologies including the development of new mold, etc. through preliminary simulation, and focusing on the improvement of the functions and the safety of the materials component by supplementing the latest research facilities and outstanding and high quality manpower for the purpose of securing our future quality competitiveness.

  • Enhancement of the production capacity through the automation of the processes including automatic injection equipment and automatic succession format, etc.
  • Achievement of Zero Loss in distribution through the improvement in the movement research for each of the processes
  • Application of environment-friendly processes including the reduction in fume, dust and discarding of waste castings

Development of Austempered Ductile Iron (ADI) materials
